Once supplied, pharmacy medicines are non-returnable per California Board of Pharmacy regulations, except in cases of product defects, our dispensing error, manufacturer recalls, or verified courier loss with temperature excursion.
When do refunds apply?
Refunds are available for orders cancelled before dispensing, for verified courier loss, or for confirmed product defects. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Are there restocking or delivery fees?
Non-fault cancellations after label creation and shipment preparation may incur a fee to cover packaging, cold-chain materials, and courier booking costs.
